• Anonymous monitoring of site performance and traffic analysis to improve usability and technical reliability.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

- For the newsletter: the user’s explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- For anonymous technical and analytics data: the legitimate interest of the controller to ensure performance, security, and site improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), without profiling or user identification.

5. Processing Methods

Data are processed using electronic tools, respecting the security measures required by law. No automated profiling systems are used. Provided emails are stored and managed via Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud platform offering secure and scalable backend services. Supabase adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

6. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until consent is revoked or for a maximum of 24 months of inactivity. Technical and analytics data collected via Speed Insights and @vercel/analytics are processed in aggregated form and do not allow user identification.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Data will not be communicated to or disseminated among third parties. Emails are stored through Supabase, acting as data processor under a GDPR-compliant contract (e.g., standard contractual clauses and/or DPA). Technical and analytics data may be managed by Vercel Inc. as infrastructure provider.

8. Data Subject Rights

Users may exercise their rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR at any time, including:

• Access to data
• Rectification or deletion
• Restriction or objection to processing
• Data portability
• Consent withdrawal
• Complaint to the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)

9. Unsubscription Methods

Every newsletter email contains a link for automatic unsubscription. You can also request removal by writing to: inbox@myriadsoundboard.net.
